Model 90-F Side Trimmer and Sub-Divider
ESCO's Model 90-F side trimmer and sub-divider is used with a conveyor and can sub-divide a flexible polyurethane bun in up to three individual sections.
Head Assembly
Can be ordered with 2, 3 or 4 heads.
Blades - Blade Wheels - Guide - Motor
- Blade is 1/2" x .020 serrated 14-tooth
- Blade motor is 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM balanced and ground blade wheels
- Teflon coated blad guide is 1-11/16" x .055, die-spring tensioned
- Minimum conveyor height is 33" (838mm)
Power Requirement
Standard electrics are 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz with all control circuits on 110 volts. Main panel connected to machine by rigid conduit.
Safety Package
Includes guards, warning labels, individual head blade break disconnect switches, power disconnect switch on main panel, individual head warning red light when
machine is in operation and 110 volt control panel.
