ESCO
wire and blade contour cutting machines have been successfully integrated into automatic cutting lines featuring horizontal slitters,

Continuous Blade Profiler
The Continuous Blade Profiler is the result of a two-year R&D program to produce a high-speed
(240 ft/min, 74 m/min) contour cutting machine for flexible foam, that will suit the needs of the furniture, bedding,
and packaging industries and is available as a vertical, horizontal or (soon to be released) dual (vertical and horizontal)
head machine. Utilizing a continuous blade, the Continuous Blade Profiler is capable of a full 360-degree twist and
features a robust, precision guide system that allows high-speed cutting of Visco Elastic foams, latex foams, and fiber-filled
foams, in addition to traditional polyurethane foams.

Continuous Wire CNC Profiler
The ProfileMatic range of continuous wire CNC contour cutting machines, is the most versatile on the
market, providing a shape cutting solution for converters cutting rigid materials including PU, rebonded foams, fiber,
foamglas, phenolic foam, mineral wool, PIR, EPS as well as regular flexible PU.
The Vertical ProfileMatic is an abrasive
wire machine for stack cutting sheets or blocks of foam or other material and is the fastest machine of its type on
the market, with a top speed of 70ft/min (21m/min). The Horizontal ProfileMatic is a servo-driven two-dimensional profile
saw. The unit utilizes a high speed abrasive cutting wire and is ideally suited to the packaging and insulation markets.
The Dual Head ProfileMatic is the latest in ESCO's development of profile cutting. With both a vertical and horizontal cutting head, the DPW offers a streamlined, integrated solution to fabricating. Designed and built in the United States, the DPW is the fastest abrasive wire machine of its type on the market.
ESCO Draw software is supplemented for the wire cutting machines, with specialized pipe and tank
insulation functions, allowing the insulation contractor maximum flexibility in creating nested insulation sections
with no need for complicated programming.
