Modular and easy to set up and maintain, the Horizontal ProfileMatic III brings yet another advancement to the impressive line up of ESCO profile equipment!

This servo-driven two dimensional profile saw utilizes a traveling abrasive cutting wire which can cut intricate profiles in urethane foams, both flexible and rigid as well as most grades of Ethafoam, mineral wool, Styrofoam and similar materials. The servo-drives provide extremely accurate control of the profile. Best thing is, this CNC profile beauty is modular and comes in a variety of cutting widths!

Our Heavy Duty Convoluter...

Look at the rollers on our new Heavy Duty Convoluter (model HD-C) for the bedding and packaging industries...boasting massive 8” (200Mm) rollers, the HD-C is designed to convolute standard polyurethane foam up to 12” (300mm) thick. Latex and Visco Elastic foam up to 8” (200mm) can also be convoluted, making this one of the most versatile Convoluters for the  mattress industry available. With a top speed of 140FPM (42meters/min), an automatic blade sharpening and automatic blade advance system, the HD-C ensures maximum machine availability while convoluting the toughest foam material in blazing speed.

The HD-C is a fully computerized, touch-screen operated machine and has been designed with a rapid change out roller system, allowing the implementation of variable zone design patterns to meet the changing needs of a savvy customer base demanding the best in sleep satisfaction.

The HD-C is available in 3 sizes, with the flagship HD-C-92 (92” or 2330mm wide capability) being the ideal machine for convolution of popular King Size and Cal King size mattress sections. Together with vertical trim saws for block trimming and splitting King size into Twin, a range of horizontal slitters for mattress creation, and a complete range of contour cutting machines for intricate mattress and pillow designs, ESCO is very much focused on the needs of the bedding manufacturer looking for innovation and a competitive edge.
