ESCO's high pressure laboratory scale dispenser is a two component dispenser designed for rapid material changeover.
Standard:
- Output range: 10 to 25 lb/min. based on a 1:1 ratio
- 1 gallon tanks are easy to clean for minimum system changeover
- 3000 psi operating pressure
- 10mm mixing head
- 1000cc maximum shot size
- Piston metering cylinders with variable speed electric motor drive for independent ratio control
- Ball screws drive the pistons at a controlled rate with exceptional accuracy
- Standard LCD operator interface controls
- Horizontal or vertical arrangements to fit most laboratory or pilot production facilities
- Can be configured to fit within fume hoods
