Convoluter / Roll Splitter

The Model C/RS Convoluter / Roll Splitter is a rugged unit designed to split flexible and rigid products where thin sheets from slab material are required. The Roll Splitter can be readily converted to a Convoluter. The Roll Splitter utilizes a quick change feature to make roll changeover very fast, from convoluting to roll splitting or to another convoluter pattern with minimal loss of valuable production time.

Heavy Duty Convoluter / Roll Splitter

The Model HD-C/RS is one of the heaviest duty machines available on the market, utilizing 30” wheels to generate enormous torque, allowing splitting to 0.02” (0.5mm) from rigid material slabs up to 12” (300mm).
