Model FC-100
The Model FC-100 Foam Crusher is designed for crushing HR foam buns of maximum 45 inches (1.143 m)
high x 96 inches (2.4384 m) wide. Complete crushing of a maximum bun height may require multiple passes of equal increments
down to a minimum machine gap of 8 inches (203 mm). The bottom carriage contains 6 powered rollers and is fixed in
position. The upper carriage also contains 6 powered rollers and is pivoted via hydraulic cylinder (hydraulic power
unit included).
Frame
Heavy-duty wall structural channel reinforced with steel mechanical tubing weldment.
Lower Carriage
Heavy-duty weldment in fixed position containing six powered rollers each 10 inches (0.254 m) in diameter by 100 inches
(2.54 m) long.
Upper Carriage
Same as lower carriage except pivoted via a hydraulic cylinder. Includes protractor dial to assist setting gap.
Roller Drive
20 HP variable speed drive.
Hydraulic Unit
Self contained, 2500 psi capacity, with reservoir.
Crushing Force
Approximately 20,000 lbs (6,800 kg) evenly distributed across width.

8 inches (203 mm) minimum to 34 inches (864 mm) maximum via pushbutton control.

Controls
Nema 12 frame mounted enclosure including all necessary operator controls for variable roll speed, hydraulic power unit,
and upper carriage raise and lower. Includes emergency stop button on both sides of the machine.

480 Volt, 60 Cycle, 3 Phase @ 30 amps.
