Two Wheel Slitters
ESCO Model 10 series represents a low cost entry into horizontal slitting and has been designed to suit the needs
of the low volume producer. The Model 10 series uses a stationary or tilting head, with the foam being moved through
the blade on a powered table or (optional) conveyor.

PT Model Slitters
ESCO PT slitter is a versatile, entry-level option for most basic cutting jobs and small production applications.
It uses a powered table with an optional vacuum unit for holding lighter weight blocks or sheets in place and allows
for block loading and unloading from the same end to save floor space. The PT Slitter is available with a choice of
standard or HT (High-Tension) cutting head.

VBA Model Slitters
ESCO VBA (Vacuum Belt Automatic) slitter is engineered for high-speed,
continuous automated operation, either as a stand-alone unit or integrated with a fully automated line. The VBA
Slitter uses a high-speed conveyor belt to move the foam block rapidly through the cutting head. An optional vacuum
unit ensures stable handling of lighter weight blocks and sheets. Units are available with a choice of standard
or HT (High-Tension) cutting head.

Carrousel Model Slitters
ESCO carrousel slitter is the ultimate in high-volume production technology, allowing for high-speed
continuous operation with minimal manual handling. It is the ideal machine for the production of mattress toppers.
The rotary table is available with an option vacuum unit for handling lighter weight materials and an air float zone
for easy loading and unloading. ESCO Carrousels feature a HT (High-Tension) cutting head.

Powerful, Easy to Manage Controls
Precision cutting technology is accessed and managed with an ESCO-engineered control system. The control panel features
an interactive operator screen that allows simple entry of required sheet quantity and thickness, as well as downloading
of preconfigured cut sequences. Easily accessible manual controls include conveyor or table-speed control, conveyor
and cutting-head control, and emergency stop.
