Automatic
ESCO’s automatic verticals utilize a stationary table and powered cutting head. The automatic vertical offers a substantial increase in production capacity over a manual machine due to its high speed and automated operation. The automatic vertical can also occupy significantly less floor space (up to 50% less) than an equivalent size manual machine, as there is no need for the sliding table.

Tilt
ESCO’s vertical tilt saws are designed to cut flexible foam at angles up to 45 degrees from the vertical. The Model A-2 cuts angles in one direction, while the TWT-45 will cut from -45 to +45 degrees.
