The new Vertical ProfileMatic
is a continuous wire CNC contour
cutting machine with a
staggering top speed of
70ft/min (21m/min). With a
comprehensive range of
cutting wires available, the
Vertical ProfileMatic is the perfect solution for both flexible and
rigid cutting applications including polyurethane foam, PIR,
Fiber, phenolic foam, Foamglas®, mineral wool and EPS. The
Vertical ProfileMatic is an addition to the upper end of ESCO’s
range of continuous wire CNC contour cutting machines.
