President of Sales, Grand Rapids, Michigan

Responsible for management of the sales & marketing group, engineering and customer service at ESCO division of Edge-Sweets Company. Duties include preparing budgets, writing sales and business plans, establishing and managing a growing network of global distributors, identifying industry trends and directing engineering R&D for new product development, opening new markets, fiscal responsibility for performance of the division including management of major projects.

Minimum requirements: A Bachelors degree in engineering and 10 years of related engineering and managerial experience with sales and global business development. Must have 10 years or more experience with urethane processing with specific knowledge of machinery and equipment for manufacturing processing and cutting of polyurethane foam products and other cellular and non-cellular plastics.
