Horizontal ProfileMatic III
The horizontal ProfileMatic III is a servo-driven two-dimensional profile saw. The unit utilizes a traveling abrasive
cutting wire which can cut intricate profiles in urethane foams both flexible and rigid as well as most grades
of Ethafoam, mineral wool, Styrofoam and similar materials. The servo-drives provide extremely accurate control
of the profile.
The standard control package includes a PC which communicates with a two-axis servo-control board. The profile is developed on the PC, utilizing ESCO Draw software which can also convert your DXF file. These profiles are then stored on the hard drive of the computer and can be called up as required to be placed into a desired cutting
sequence.
