CL-P Vertical Band Saw
The Model CL-P vertical band saw can be utilized for cutting polyethylene foam rolls, bubble pack rolls,
and other rolled cellular foam materials. By removing the roll support front fence it can also be used to fabricate
sheet foam materials.
Head Assembly
- Blade, 0.75" (19mm) width, 0.020" (0.5mm) thickness, 10-tooth, fine scallop. Blade speed 3200 FPM (975m/min).
- Stripper
Guide, Teflon coated, 0.055" (1.40mm) thickness, die spring tension, 1.125" (2.9mm) or 1.69" (43mm)
width.
- Blade Wheels, 12" (305mm) diameter, balanced aluminum wheels with a molded urethane elastomer tire.
- Blade Motor,
2 HP, pulley drive.
Table Assembly
- Table height 31" (787mm) with a novaply surface. Manual traverse on Nylon rollers with sealed bearings.
- Fence, 8" (203mm)
high with an aluminum plated added, position lock with hand-wheel adjustment.
Safety Package
Includes guards, warning decals, blade break disconnect switch, disconnect switch on main panel, warning light when
machine is in operation, 110 volt control circuit, and podium mounted emergency stop button.
Power Requirements
Standard electrics are 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz with all control circuits on 110 volts. Circuits are fused to
provide protection. Optional electrics available.
