AV Automatic Vertical Flexible Foam Saw
Model AV is an automatic vertical band saw used for precision cutting of flexible foam. The AV uses a stationary table and powered cutting head, which saves floor
space while still allowing a full size table. Powered indexing of the double fence insures precision automatic cutting.

- Blade change assembly is a pivot mechanism that does
not require disassembly of table legs
Controls and Power Requirement
- Operator controls mounted on a free standing podium connected by flexible conduit
to the main electrical panel
- PLC with 6 batch capability. Allows selection of number of cuts, thickness,
head travel, and fence position read out. Up to 99 jobs can be stored/called up by job number.
- Utilizes 230/460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz with all control circuits on 110 volts. circuits are fused
to provide protection. Optional electrics available.
Safety Package
Includes guards, warning decals, blade break disconnect switch, disconnect switch on main panel, warning light when
machine is in operation, 110 volt control circuit, and podium mounted emergency stop button.
