Continuous Vertical Profiler Contour Cutting Saw


ESCO's Vertical Profiler is a continuous blade, high speed CNC contour cutting saw, mounted on a railed sub-frame, leveled to a conveyor.

The Vertical Profiler can be operated in both a manual and automatic mode from a local operator console or remote control center through Ethernet/wireless communications.

This machine suits the needs of the furniture, bedding, and packaging industries and features a robust precision guide system that allows high-speed cutting of Visco-elastic foams, latex and fiber-filled foams, in addition to traditional polyurethane foams.


The Vertical Profiler has been released with ESCO's Advanced Profile Management (APM) software that allows nesting of an unlimited combination of shapes through priority management. This APM software features specially developed functions such as “common cut”, whereby a single cut is performed for shapes sharing a common cut line rather than the traditional double cut.

ESCO APM software is completed with a Production reporting module and Cost reporting module, providing a total business and manufacturing solution.
