• The HT-140 Profile series of saws utilize a high speed continuous abrasive wire to cut intricate shapes.
• The operator simply traces the pattern and cuts repetitive parts with a high degree of accuracy and detail.

• Head assembly traverses on a linear shaft with a full length dust cover
• Electronically controlled acceleration of cutting wire
• Blade motor 5 HP pulley drive with a wire speed of 12,000 FPM
• Blade wheels precision balanced, 16” diameter
• Pneumatic tension for cutting wire
• Pneumatic brake allows operator to lock head in any position during pause in cutting cycle
• Pattern is wall-mounted in steel frame with position locks
• Vacuum table assembly with a 10 HP blower
• Hinged blade guards with locking handles
• Table movement by a gear rack hand wheel assembly (optional variable speed powered assembly)
• Dust port, 3” diameter

Electric

Standard electric is 230/460 volts, 3 phase, 60 hertz with all control circuits on 110 volts. Circuits are fused to provide protection. Optional electrics are available.
