Each computer controlled ESCO profile foam saw comes coupled with ESCO’s Advanced Profile Management (APM) software comprised of ESCO Draw, ESCO View and an optional advanced nesting module so that foam fabricators are assured of optimum performance. Using our APM system foam converters are assured accuracy and speed while minimizing scrap and maximizing yield. ESCO’s APM solution is a powerful suite of tools that can further enhance the value of foam contour cutting machines with features like automatic tool path generation, ASTM charts for automatic pipe insulation profile generation, pipe-in-pipe (PIP) generation, common line cutting, nesting priority, nesting groups and clusters, multi-sheet nesting and filler capabilities.

ESCO wire and blade contour cutting machines can been integrated into automatic cutting lines featuring horizontal slitters, side trimmers, flying cut-off saws, foam crushers and automated sheet removal systems. ESCO’s automated cutting lines can be run by a single operator from one control station and coupled with ESCO’s Total Production Management (TPM) software and can be integrated with an organization's order entry system to schedule and manage the most demanding production environment. ESCO works with each customer to customize each foam fabrication line to include enhanced data reporting and logging, thermal label printers with barcodes and profile graphics and even large format displays to help operators unload and pack complicated layouts after they have been processed.
