Contour Cutting Machines

ESCO offers a complete line of contour cutting machines from the hand operated HT-140 wire profile saw to high speed (240ft/min / 74m/min) continuous blade, vertical and horizontal CNC machines for cutting flexible and rigid PU foam, rebonded PU foam, Visco-Elastic foam and Latex foam.

High Density Rigid Foam Saws

Horizontal cutting equipment for a wide variety of rigid products, from high ILD/IFD packaging foams to rigid PU, rebonded material, visco-elastic foam, latex foam, rubber, cork, neoprene and corrugated materials.

Convoluters / Roll Splitters

Whether your application is convoluting Visco-Elastic foam for mattress production or PU foam for packaging, ESCO offers a range of convoluters and roll splitters to suit these needs. Model HD-C-90 convolutes up to 300mm (12") polyurethane foam and up to 200mm (8") Visco-Elastic foam.

Peelers

The Peeler is designed to peel round logs of rebonded, molded or virgin polyurethane foam up to 60" (1524mm) diameter and 72" (1828mm) or 108" (2743mm) wide.

Horizontal Cutting Machines

From entry level table machines to conveyor-based machines, carrousels, and fully automated foam cutting lines with single and multiple sheet removal systems, ESCO's range of horizontal cutting machines offers a solution for the smallest user to that of the fully automated, high production facility. Both two-wheel and four-wheel machines available.

Vertical Cutting Machines

ESCO offers a range of vertical foam band saws from manual push-table machines to fully automated PLC controlled machines with programmable cut sequence control.

Line Equipment Saws
