ECD Basic Series Metering and Dispensing Machine


ESCO's ECD Basic series machines are a good solution when simple, dynamic metering and dispensing solutions are required. The ECD series machine features a control station mounted at the mixing head, within easy reach of the operator. This series offers an affordable yet effective means for the dynamic mixing of two component polyurethanes.


Machine Throughput:


  • Ranges from 1 to 20 pounds per minute at a nominal material ratio of 1:1 (Isocyanate:polyol)
  • Ratios are variable within individual metered stream output capacities

Mixing Head:


  • Esco series M200-2PE 2 component dynamic mixing head
  • 3-way ball valves for material injection and recirculation
  • Diaphragm style solvent injector valve
  • Gear style mixer with lip type shaft seal
  • AC direct drive with 1000-3500 RPM variable speed range
  • Return line valves for pressure balancing
